The rooms at La Bourgogne En Ville were beautifully decorated and the villa had a lot of history. The location was perfect – in a quiet residential area but still close to public transport and bistros. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day.
Would recommend.

I absolutely adored the beautiful decorations throughout the hotel. The antique furniture and traditional style really gave a sense of elegance and charm. The general areas were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate with my senior mobility. It was such a lovely experience being surrounded by such tasteful decor.
I would have loved to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of accessibility for senior people. A lift or elevator would have been a great addition to make it easier for us to move between floors.

As a guest in Lille for business meetings, I stayed at this lovely family-run hotel. The traditional decor and antique furniture created a charming atmosphere in the period villa. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Rue Royale and central square. The attentive host ensured all my needs were met, providing fresh towels and water each day. The homemade fruit jam at breakfast was a delicious touch. A quiet and comfortable stay in a beautifully decorated home.
Would recommend this hotel.

La Bourgogne En Ville was a convenient stopover during my recent travels in Lille. As a frequent traveler, I value the proximity to the nearest airport, which is just 8 km away, and Lesquin airport is only 15 km away. This made my journey seamless and saved me valuable time.
One minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. Next to my bed, there was a hidden door connecting to the neighboring room.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great selection of pastries, fruits, and hot drinks. It really got us in the festive mood during our Christmas stay. the location of the hotel was also perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and Christmas markets. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The room could have been more spacious. We found it a bit cramped, especially with all our Christmas shopping.

The location was excellent, situated in a quiet residential area but still within walking distance of public transport and a charming square with bistros. the continental breakfast provided was a great way to start our day. the hotel itself, a fascinating large townhouse steeped in history, was a unique and memorable experience. the rooms were beautifully decorated with quality antique furniture, adding to the overall charm of the place. It truly felt like a home away from home. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 😊.

I had a truly wonderful stay at La Bourgogne En Ville. The beautifully decorated rooms in the period villa made me feel like I was stepping back in time. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Rue Royale and the center of the old town. The breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.
One minor inconvenience was the lack of air conditioning during the hot week I visited. However, the host was extremely attentive and made sure all my needs were met.
